Billed in 15-minute increments.

Remote help when it makes sense

A lot of tech problems can be fixed remotely. I can connect securely, see exactly what you’re seeing, and take care of software issues, setup problems, or confusing errors without a house call. If remote help doesn’t make sense for your situation, we’ll do it in person instead.
